• Al-Shifa Therapy provides Hijama treatments, wellness products, and related services.

• By booking or purchasing, you confirm you are 18 years or older, or supervised by a parent/guardian if younger.

• All information on this website is for informational purposes and does not replace medical advice.

 

 

 

 

2. Appointments, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

 

 

• All appointments are subject to our Client Appointment Policy.

• Arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; beyond this, your appointment may be cancelled and only a partial refund may be issued.

• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations may result in a partial deduction or the session being deducted from a package.

• Repeated late arrivals or missed appointments may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

• Service appointments may be transferred to others only with our consent and agreement, and subject to any restrictions such as practitioner availability or gender requirements.

 

 

 

 

3. Packages & Treatment Courses

 

 

• Available for purchase at the clinic only. All information is available online for reference.

• Packages and treatment courses are subject to the same policies as standard sessions, including cancellations, late arrivals, and medical disclosures.

• Packages may be shared or transferred with our prior consent. Expiry dates remain the same.

• Packages are non-refundable, and unused or expired sessions cannot be exchanged.

 

 

 

 

4. Payments

 

 

• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer for treatments and products.

• Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable but will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

• Full payment is required for online bookings at checkout.

• Prices are subject to change, but sessions booked or paid for are honoured at the agreed price.

 

 

 

 

5. Products & Shop Policy

 

 

• Wellness products are intended only for personal use and must not be misused.

• Clients should follow product instructions and use products only for their intended purpose.

• All products are sold as-is. We are not liable for misuse or allergic reactions.

• Certain conditions (e.g., haemophilia, early pregnancy, open wounds, iron deficiency) may exclude clients from Hijama sessions.
